Estimados amigos de la música de Plectro:
Muchos músicos del mundo entero me conocen y me recuerdan como antiguo secretario de la SAR (Sociedad Artística Riojana) y coordinador del Festival de Plectro de La Rioja (hasta 2003).
Ahora, después de tomarme un tiempo de descanso y reflexión he decidido prestar mi apoyo a otra iniciativa de similares características que se ha desarrollado en La Rioja en los últimos años.
Se trata del IX Encuentro Internacional de Instrumentos Populares <http://www.audio.ya.com/esmeralpua/festival.htm> Intercambios Culturales de Música, Canto y Danza de La Rioja, 15 Agosto - 17 Septiembre 2006.

Dear friends of Plectrum music:
Many musicians all over the world have met and can remember me as a former secretary of the SAR (Sociedad Artística Riojana) and coordinator of the Festival of Plectrum Music of La Rioja (until 2003). Now, after having some time of relax and reflection I have decided to give my support to another initiative of similar characteristics that has developed in La Rioja for the last years.
